Q: I received my product with issues

A: If you receive your saber broken due to shipping or other reasons, we will happily assist you to fix it. Email us a video of the problem, so we can diagnose what happened and get a replacement to you asap! We recommend taking the battery out and putting it back in, then charging it for a few hours. Sometimes the saber just needs a reset.

Q: ARE THESE SABERS DUEL WORTHY?

A: The short answer is yes, we recommend using Base-Lit sabers for a more cost effective dueling option. Although, our Neopixel blades are suitable for dueling as well. Keep in mind dueling can lead to expected increased wear and tear. Our Base-Lit and Neopixel sabers, especially their blades, are extremely durable.
